We want you to be fully satisfied with your Google Store purchase, which is why we offer a straightforward return process within 15 days of delivery. Most items can be returned for a full refund if they are in their original condition and packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate your return

  Visit your Order History page in the Google Store, select the items you wish to return, and click the 'Return' button to start the process.

  Print your shipping label

  Once your return is authorized, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return packing slip to include inside your box.

  Pack and ship your items

  Securely pack your devices with all original accessories and manuals, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at the designated carrier.

• 4.
  Receive your refund

  After we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund to the original payment method, typically within 14 business days.
